Pleasure to meet you
I’m Amy Biondini and I’m here to support you in ditching the crap that’s been holding you back so that you can get clear, feel confident and take action that makes sense to your soul.
What you’ve been doing, hasn’t been working and it’s time for that to change.
You want your life to feel like it’s yours: doing the work you were born to do and living the life you want to. And sometimes it feels like that. But most days? Anything but.
Most days it’s a scramble of “5 things to get new clients” webinars, “Double you followers” challenges and giveaways that give you so much stuff you don’t look at most of it? Oh, and the rest of your life just gets squeezed into the cracks.
But what if those all too rare moments when the stars align and life just feels like you….could be everyday?
It’s totally doable. By you.
But here’s the thing. Webinars, challenges and freebies aren’t going to do it.
As Brene Brown put it:
“How-to doesn’t work. If how-to worked, none of us would be struggling. Because we’re all smart enough to get how-to. If how-to worked we wouldn’t be struggling as much as we are with feeling lonely and disconnected. If how-to worked, all of us would not struggle all the time with feeling like we’re enough”.
I’m with Brene on this. The promise is seductive but… the how-to’s don’t work. So? I don’t do how-to.
The life you dream of isn’t going to come through the things you do, but through who you are being.
A band aid is not going make it feel better. But remembering that you’re a powerful woman in full control of her life? Changes how you experience everything.
And the next time that Facebook changes it’s algorithm? You can roll with life it, rather being brought to your knees. As for the latest, greatest must have that everyone is telling you that you cannot live without? It barely even registers on your radar because your life is not lived at the whim of everyone else. Nope, you are in the driving seat of your life (and it feels amazing).
You’ve tried everything, now it’s time to get back to you.
Does this mean everything is going to be sunshine and rainbows?
Nope, this is still life. And to get the results you have to put in the work. But I will be with you every step of the way. And…
I get you. For real.
You are a powerful, dynamic and soulful woman ready to drop the excuses and stand in your strength and power.
I know you can do it. My job is to help you see that powerful woman inside of you. Because, when you do…
You WILL change the world. Because the change begins with you.
I want you to know that you can do this. For reals. You are talented enough, skilled enough, fill-in-the-blank enough. You’re a pioneer on this path. I want you to believe in you and trust in you. When you can dial down the outside noise and trust you – that’s when the magic happens.
And I’m here to show you the way. The only question is are you ready?
I’m deeply spiritual and fiercely pragmatic.
I believe in magic and miracles.
I believe in action and accountability.
I’m both gentle and a straight shooter.
I will honour where you are at. I will call you out.
I will hold safe space for you. I will push your boundaries.
And while I do love a good conversation about angels and the spiritual side of life will weave in naturally to what we do, I’m not going to help you find the name of your angel. That’s not who I am. That’s not why I’m here.
Look, my life isn’t perfect but it’s all me and I’m good with that. I am at peace with who I am.
Was this always true? Hells, no.
The version of me that rocked a corporate job? Must have been an illusion. I’m not built that way.
I tried though. I really did.
Turned down the light. Maxed up ambition. Climbed that ladder rockin’ my pencil skirt and heels.
And I was good at it; better jobs, better money, great team.
But it wasn’t me. Square peg. Meet round hole.
It was a lifetime in the making but inevitably the day came when I’d had enough.
I remember it well. It was a Tuesday.
- It was the day I drew a line in the sand.
- It was the day I took a stand for me.
- It was the that I decided a half life, a kind of ok life, was not the life for me.
- It was the day I stopped focussing on what I was doing, and started noticing who I was being.
- It’s was the day I chose to be free.
- It was a good day.
The next day? Yeah, that was when the rubber hit the road. I’d love to tell you it was easy street. But it’d be a big ass lie. The year that followed was the toughest yet.
Because quitting in a flurry of excitement is one thing, doing the work on the daily is something else entirely.
And the work was like nothing seen before.
I had to learn to lean on my intuition over the voices around me, to trust myself before the guru’s. I had to take full responsibility for my successes and failures. I had to stop defining myself when I’m undefinable.
It was a helluva first year in business.
Because when you are your business a part of you is on the world stage like never before. If you don’t have a clear sense of what is and isn’t you, business is tough as hell. Why? Because you’ll end up trying all.the.things. and drowning in a sea of everyone else’s opinions.
Who you are is your line in the business sand.
It’s ground zero.
Where greatness begins.
Because being in business is a choice.
It’s ballsy. It’s badass. It’s boss.
(So are you.)
Welcome. I think you’re going to like it here.
If you’re ready to write your own rules.
If you’re ready to be boss in your life and business.
If you’re ready to bring more you into everything you do.
Then I invite you to explore how we can partner together to make that happen.
